Since each solution has its particular issues, each project its specific requirements, we offer a number of options to support your installation process:

On-Site Installation

We come to your location and install and configure all neccessary soft- and hardware components in situ. This option is often chosen where remote access is not possible or would violate security policies, e.g. in secure environments. To maximise your investment in our time and travel, this option could be combined with a Workshop.

Remote-Installation

Installation using remote access to the existing hardware is the most common approach today. It is recommended to install and maintain the solution in a test environment, which is copied to the operational environment after passing quality control mechanisms.

Shipping Hardware

Send us your hardware and we will take care of everything else. We will install and configure everything neccessary, including operating system, solution components, your data and digital documentation on how to deploy and maintain your solution.
