Development- and Supportcontract

The development & support contract enables us to provide any required service flexible and on and as needed basis, with transparent accounting of efforts.

First Level Support

You get help from first level support with any problem that you encounter using the software listed below. Send the problem as an email or call us by phone, we will follow up on the problem and solve it. If the problem at hand requires additional resources we let you know beforehand and you can decide whether you want to continue or defer the trouble ticket.

We offer our customers First Level Support for the following products:

Second Level Support

We offer Second Level Support for Mapbender, MapStorer, GeoServer, MapServer and PostGIS. This support level is usually requested by integrators or service providers, who either provide the first level support themselves, or are bound to provide guarantees which need to be covered by back-to-back agreements.

Third Level Support

As heavily committed contributor to the projects Mapbender and MapStorer the WhereGroup is happy to provide third level support for these packages and can help leverage development in the direction that you need.
